As a Candidate Care Coordinator on Enfusion’s talent acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in the growth of our company by delivering and improving a brand-defining candidate experience throughout the full-cycle recruiting and on-boarding processes.  You aspire to provide the highest level of customer service to candidates, Enfusion business leaders, and your recruiting colleagues and will rely on your exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic work environment.  

You will fully utilize your attention to detail and creativity to plan and coordinate branded high-touch interview experiences that delight candidates and our hiring teams.  You excel at managing and reporting out on your priorities, activities, and proactively soliciting input when needed.   You are an adept learner in adopting Enfusion’s processes, tools and technology while contributing to improving processes and resolving issues whenever possible.  

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and/or interview scheduling and logistics management with an eye for improvement to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while managing processes within established standards and compliance requirements
  • Astute attention to detail, expertly organized, and a demonstrated ability to clearly and simply communicate complexity in easy-to-understand deliverables
  • Flexibility and agility to manage changing priorities and other unexpected event to deliver successful outcomes
  • Proficiency and adept in learning business technologies and tools: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Greenhouse ATS
  • During COVID, Enfusion supports a virtual workforce.  This position ideally would be located in Chicago.   New York City metro area or remote locations considered for the right individual.
