The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join Seamless.AI on its mission to positively impact 1 Billion people. This role will work in tandem with the Customer Success team to ensure that each and every one of our customers has the support they need to succeed. As a Billing Coordinator you will make an immediate impact by shaping our overall customer experience, collaborating with multiple internal departments to improve billing efficiency, and helping our company achieve its customer retention goals.

What you'll get to do everyday:

  • Reach out to users, via phone and email, who have payment issues related to initial failed payment, card failure, or expired card status to retrieve updated information
  • Execute and resolve account cancellation requests that are escalated from Customer Engagement team
  • Respond to and process ad hoc billing related questions from users related to updating payment methods, updating invoices, extending access for payment in process, etc
  • Collaborate with Seamless.AI’s Support, Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Accounting teams to improve communication and promote billing efficiency related to our product
  • Exercise discretion while handling sensitive information and determining appropriate course of action while adhering to billing guidelines and policies
