THE ROLE

BetterWorks is looking for a driven and talented Sales Operations Analyst with operational and analytical experience.  You should enjoy working with salespeople and sales data, building business models, enhancing business systems and processes, and developing insights to help drive revenue growth. This role will report to the Director, Revenue Operations and be highly cross-functional as you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and executive management. This is a unique opportunity to guide sales strategy and get operationally hands-on at a fast growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop reporting and automation of key performance metrics to help drive revenue and optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support our sales forecasting and planning by creating robust models with data-driven insights
  • Help build, maintain, and improve the quality of our data foundation
  • Provide assistance with sales incentive compensation development and administration
  • Deliver accurate and on-time analyses, reports and ad-hoc requests for sales leadership and other company executives
  • Help prepare presentation slides for Board meetings
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement; assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies; facilitate continuous process improvement.
  • Build peer support and strong internal company relationships with other key personnel

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in sales/business operations and/or strategy
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight timeframes
  • Willingness to step in and help drive implementation
  • Problem solver mindset
