StructionSite is looking for a curious, positive, high-energy, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to source prospective accounts through extensive research, and outbound strategies in companies ranging from $100 million to $1 billion+ in annual revenue. Responsibilities

  • Engage with Construction professionals in target accounts through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to identify challenges solved by our products
  • Prospect, research, and create plan for outreach to target personas
  • Use LinkedIn, Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Gong to drive sales success
  • Have a primary focus on outbound effort to schedule meetings for Account Executives with key individual(s) on accounts
  • Leverage information you learn to build on Enterprise clients that start at and exceed $100MM in annual revenue
  • Be hungry to learn and become expert in SaaS sales, construction, our products, and internal technology/systems

Our experience shows that to be successful in this position, you’ll need to hit these daily and weekly targets:

  • 200 calls a week, in addition to prospecting efforts including but not limited to: emails, research, and contact prospecting to hit quota objectives
  • Maintain a 99% no-defect rate on emails, grammar, and Outreach campaigns
  • Adhere to all “no-spam” requirements as required by state, national and international law

About You

  • Construction experience and/or SaaS experience
  • You absolutely LOVE the problem we’re solving for our customers and feel you're ready to contribute to achieving our mission and vision as a key member of our team
  • You have a positive attitude and love to learn
  • An ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • An urge to reach out and make new friends with strong social and interpersonal skills
  • A preference for asking questions and listening to answers before you speak and a desire to tackle problems
  • 6 months sales experience preferred
