Description
The Global Process Engineering Team is responsible for identifying and developing new processing technologies that drive innovation for The Coca-Cola Company. As a Process Engineering Intern you will join our mission to find processing solutions that deliver new experiences for our consumers.

What You’ll Do For Us
- Validate new processing technologies through experimentation that demonstrates capability to meet final product specifications
- Design, plan and execute pilot plant trials
- Analyze relevant data and provide clear recommendations to the project team
- Develop and document standard operating procedures
- Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment
- Create process model to predict variability from pilot scale to commercial scale and support troubleshooting
Qualifications & Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate engineering student (chemical or mechanical engineering preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to design experiments and drive intended outcomes
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
- Knowledge of the importance of securing Intellectual Property and maintaining confidentiality as needed
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and procedures to ensure safety of self and others
- Ability to work in a pilot plant environment and operate equipment
- Willingness and ability to occasionally function effectively over extended periods of time
Additional Information
- 10-12 week fall (September-November) internship with a standard Monday-Friday 40-hour work week
- Required to be onsite 80-100%
